| • | Wash 2 lemons the right way and strip off the skin in slim strips.

| • | Mix the skin with milk and sugar. Mix it until sugar acquires dissolved.

| • | Soak gelatine in water. When it turns soft, pour it into the hot milk.

| • | Do not boil the milk. It might reason the milk to curdle.

| • | Strain the liquid in a normal bowl and allow it to cool.

| • | Mix the juice of 3 lemons and mould. Keep in refrigerator.

| • | Lemon curd jelly is ready.
