• 6 Lemons ( quartered)
• 1/4 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tablespoon Fenugreek seed
• 1/4 tablespoon Mustard seeds
• A little pinch Asafoetida
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 1/4 Cup Red Chilli Powder
• 2 tablespoon Salt
Rub turmeric powder and table salt to the citrus limon pieces and leave only it for 5 days.
After the particular time span, sprinkling reddish chilli powder , sugar all over citrus limon pieces and stir well.
Roast all the seed without oil in a cooking pan and grind them into a fine powder.
Add the cooked powder to the citrus limon pieces and mix them well.
Now put this in a jar and keep below sunlight for 10 to 15 days while shaking occasionally.
Lemon Pickle is ready.Keep it in a cool dry aside place.
