| • | Rub turmeric powder and table salt to the citrus limon pieces and leave only it for 5 days.

| • | After the particular time span, sprinkling reddish chilli powder , sugar all over citrus limon pieces and stir well.

| • | Roast all the seed without oil in a cooking pan and grind them into a fine powder.

| • | Add the cooked powder to the citrus limon pieces and mix them well.

| • | Now put this in a jar and keep below sunlight for 10 to 15 days while shaking occasionally.

| • | Lemon Pickle is ready.Keep it in a cool dry aside place.
