| • | Boil the lentil in a force cooker and mash them properly.

| • | Keep aside.

| • | Now blend the tomato and onion pieces in a mixer until mashed properly.

| • | Take butter in a cooking pan and heat up it.
|
| • | Add asafetida, cumin and table mustard seeds. Allow it to splutter.

| • | Lower the burn and then add reddish chilli powder and turmeric powder to the above.
|
| • | Add the blended paste to it & stir.
|
| • | Cover the cooking pan with lid & cook on normal for 5 minutes.

| • | Add lentil & water & citrus limon juice, Stir and bring in it to boil.
|
| • | Garnish with coriander & serve up hot.
