| • | Cook the lobster and take aside meat from it.

| • | Cut the meat into little pieces.

| • | Melt 2 tbsp butter in a cooking pan all over low heat.

| • | Add cheese and stir-fry until cheese is melted.

| • | Gradually add Tabasco sauce and wine. Stir until the mixture is smooth.

| • | Now add meat. Stir and cook until well done.

| • | Keep in a crockpot. Serve with cracker dippers.
