Lobster Sauce is a traditional French recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Lobster Sauce by following this comfortable recipe.

• 2 Pounds lobster
• 1/2 Cup butter
• 1/2 Cup flour
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 4 Cups ice-cold water
• Few grains cayenne
• Salt to taste
Remove meat from lobster.
Cut claw meat into dice.
Chop left over meat.
Cover with water.
Cook until the stock is reduced to half.
Strain it.
Cook butter and flour to make a thick mixture.
Now add strained stock to the cooked butter flour mixture.
Add salt, cayenne, citrus limon juice and lobster dice.
Lobster sauce is ready.
