Lonavala Chikki Recipe • 1-1/4 cups Dry fruits
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/2 tablespoon Elaichi powder
Melt sugar in a non-stick cooking pan until it changes brownish in color.
Crush the dry aside fruits and elaichi powder. Add it to the melted down sugar.
Put this mixture immediately into a lubricated wooden surface.
With the help of a roller pin, spread aside it evenly.
Now cut down it with a lubricated knife or cutter.
Allow it to cool and break off into pieces.
Lonavala chikki is ready.
