Manathakkali Vathal Recipe • 1 kg Green manathakkali
• 1/2 Cup sour curd
• 4 tablespoon Salt
Combine all the ingredients together, mix well.
Keep it for 5 days and stir one time daily.
Dry it in the sun for 2 to3 days until it turns completely dry aside and crisp.
Now Store it in the tight container.
