• 8 Mangoes
• 5 Cups sugar
• 4 Cups water
• 2 Cloves
• 1 Cinnamon
• 2 tablespoon Vanilla
Peel and cut down mangoes.
Mix cinnamon and cloves.
Add water and allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
Mix sugar and cook until the mixture changes thick.
Add vanilla and mix it well.
Mango Jam is ready.
