• 2 Ripe mangoes, stripped
• 3 Ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 1 tablespoon Finely chopped up jalapeno
• 2 Cups non-fat plain yogurt
• 1/2 tablespoon Sweet garam spices
• 1/4 Cup fine chopped up reddish onion
• 2 tbsp Chopped freshly cilantro leaves
• Salt to taste |
| • | Cut mango flesh into 1/4-inch dice and place in a normal bowl with the onion, tomatoes and jalapeno; and mix.
| | • | In a another bowl, mix the garam spices and yogurt. Spoon the yogurt into the fruit, sprinkling with the salt, and fold in the cilantro.
| | • | Cover, refrigerate at minimum for one hour. Stir well before you serve.
