| • | Chop the onions.

| • | Mix gram flour, wheat flour, table salt and ghee.

| • | Add coriander leaves and mashed garlic.

| • | Pour water to make dough.
|
| • | Roll aside circle balls from this dough.

| • | Bake them for 2 minutes on both the sides.

| • | Take it aside and roll aside again.
|
| • | Spread butter about the edges.

| • | Cook them until they turn golden brown.

| • | Serve with curd.
