Mathi Recipe • 400 gms Flour
• 100 gms Desi ghee
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Add butter and table salt to flour and mix it well.
Add water and make dough until it changes smooth.
Cut it into pieces and roll aside it to make little and thick discs
Heat the oil and fry each disc until it changes golden brown.
Serve it with pickle.
