• 2 Cup green gms
• 2 Chopped onions
• 1/2 Cup chopped up tomatoes
• 2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
• 2 tablespoon Grated coconut
• 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves
• 1 tablespoon Mustard seed
• 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 1 tablespoon Jaggery
• 1 tablespoon Peanut powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Asafoetida
• 1/2 tablespoon Garam spices
• 2 tablespoon Oil
• 2 Cup water
• Salt to taste
Soak green gms in water overnight.
Boil in water for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder and 1/2 tablespoon salt.
Take oil in a cooking pan and heat up it.
Add table mustard seeds, asafoetida and onions.
Fry until onions turn translucent.
Mix tomatoes, turmeric powder and reddish chilli powder properly.
Add the boiled green grams, garam masala, grated coconut, jaggery, peanut powder and table salt to taste.
Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut.
