| • | Break the matzo into little pieces in a bowl. Add red-hot water so as to soak up the pieces and then cover the normal bowl for a minute. Squeeze aside the water.

| • | Beat the egg in a little normal bowl and add salt, pepper and matzo to it. Mix well.

| • | Heat the oil in a frying cooking pan on normal flame. Now pour the mixture into the cooking pan and swirl it so that the mixture evenly spreads.

| • | Cook until one side is brownish then turn all over and cook for a while and turn off the flame.

| • | Transfer the Matzo Brei to a plate; sprinkling the top with powdered sugar.

| • | Matzo Brei is ready. Serve hot.
