Medu Vada Recipe • 2 Cups raw rice
• 2 1/2 Cups urad dal
• 1 Large onion chopped
• 4 Green chilies
• Salt to taste
• 2 Cups oil
Put dal and rice in water and leave only it for 5 hrs.
Drain it and grind it to make a paste.
Now add chopped up onion, green chilies and table salt and make it alike a batter.
Heat the oil in pan.
Take little pieces of the batter in ball alike shape and deep fry it.
Fry it until it changes golden brown.
Medu Vada is ready
