| • | Add water to besan and make thick batter.
| | • | Add chopped up methi leaves, chopped up onions,turmeric powder, reddish chilli powder, and mango powder to the besan batter and make a mixture.
| | • | Heat the oil.
| | • | Fry little pieces of this mixture in oil until they turn brown.
| | • | Serve red-hot with green chutney.
