Microwave Goan Vegetable Curry is besides well known famous as Khatkhate. Learn how to make/prepare Microwave Khatkhate by following this comfortable recipe.

• 4 Cups chopped up combined veggies (potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, french beans, and shelled green peas)
• 2 Medium onions, chopped up
• 2 Flakes garlic, chopped up
• 1 Inch piece ginger, chopped up
• 2 Green chillies, chopped up
• 3 tbsp Butter
• 1 tablespoon Garam spices
• 2 Cups coconut milk
• 1 Cup water
• Finely chopped up coriander leaves to garnish.
• Salt to taste
Take 1-1/2 tbsp of butter in a microwave-safe normal bowl along with the chopped up onions, ginger, garlic and green chillis and mix well.
Microwave revealed on high mode for about 3 minutes until the onions are crystal clean and soft.
Let them cool and then grind to make a fine paste, set up aside.
Pour remain of the butter in the same microwave-safe bowl, along with the paste, mix well.
Microwave revealed on high mode for 3 minutes until the moisture has dried aside up and the plump has left the sides of the bowl.
Add chopped up veggies and table salt to it.
Now mix water and keep stirring.
Cover it and Microwave on 70 percent power for about 7 minutes, stirring twice or until the veggies are tender.
Add coconut milk to it, keep stirring.
Sprinkle garam spices and cover it.
Microwave on 70 percent power for about 2 minutes, be cautious the coconut milk does not curdle.
Garnish Microwave Goan Veg Curry with fine chopped up coriander leaves and serve.
