Millet Porridge Recipe • 1 Cup pearl millet flour
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 Cup sour milk
• 4 Cups water
Combine the millet flour with half-cup water.
Transfer into a container and cover it.
Allow the mixture to stand for about 48 hrs in a hot place.
Boil the left over water and add flour mixture to it.
Stir and cook for about 15 minutes until thick and smooth.
Add sour milk and stir. Boil for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and serve.
