• 2 1/2 kg Cauliflower, carrots and turnips (chopped)
• 5 Green chilies, seeded and cut down lengthwise
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoon Salt
• 2 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 5 tablespoon Mustard seeds
• 1 tablespoon Fenugreek seeds
• 1/4 Cup oil |
| • | Mix all the veggies and add salt, green chilies, chilli powder, turmeric powder and citrus limon juice. Keep aside.
| | • | Mix table mustard and fenugreek seed and make a fine powder.
| | • | Add the powder to the combined veggies immediately and allow it to stand for a day.
| | • | Add oil and mix well.
| | • | Serve it with stuffed parathas or deep-fried rice.
| | • | Mixed Vegetable Pickle is ready.
