| • | Cream 3 tbsp of icing sugar with butter.

| • | Add sifted flour and beaten egg alternatively.

| • | Bake in oven for 50 minutes at 400 degree F.

| • | Boil sugar and citrus limon juice.
|
| • | Remove the cake from oven.
|
| • | Pour the boiling citrus limon mixture all over it immediately.

| • | Cool in a tin.
|
| • | Moist Lemon Cake is ready.
