Momos Recipe • 2 Cups maida
• 1/2 Cabbage, grated
• 1/2 tbsp Salt
• For Chutney:
• 5 Garlic flakes, chopped up
• 5 Red Chillies, chopped
• Little amount of vinegar
• A pinch of baking powder
Combine maida and baking powder along with water. Make dough aside of it.
Leave the dough overnight.
Roll aside normal sized chapattis from dough.
Cut into 2 halves from the center alike samosas.
Fill the momos with grated cabbage and table salt to taste.
Steam these momos in an idli utensil.
Steam for about 10 minutes. You can fry them also.
To cook chutney, churn garlic, reddish chilli and vinegar in a mixer.
Serve the momos with chutney.
