Moo Satay Recipe • 400 gms Pork
• 1/4 Cup coconut cream
• 1/2 tbsp Lemon grass (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon Turmeric
• 2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
• 2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
• 3 tablespoon Ground pepper
• 2 tablespoon Sea salt
• Fresh cabbage
Wash the pork.
Cut it into pieces.
Mix citrus limon grass and turmeric.
Toss with the pork pieces.
Add coriander, cumin seeds, ground pepper, coconut cream and sea salt.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Char grill the pork pieces until done.
Serve with sauce.
