| • | Take radish and grate it.

| • | Sprinkle little table salt all over it and keep it aside for one-half an hour.

| • | Squeeze the water aside and add green chillies, coriander leaves and salt.

| • | Sieve the flour. Add 1tbsp butter and all the left over ingredients.

| • | Knead it the right way to form a semi-solid dough by adding enough water.

| • | Roll aside slim rotis aside of the dough.

| • | Cook these rotis on a preheated skillet until it changes lightly crispy.

| • | Apply butter on both sides.
|
| • | Serve red-hot with freshly curd or pickle.
