| • | Cut chicken into pieces.

| • | Grind onions, garlic and ginger to make a paste.

| • | Mix sour curd, citrus limon juice, onion paste, and ginger garlic paste, reddish chilli powder well in a bowl.

| • | Rub this mixture all over chicken pieces.

| • | Keep it to marinade overnight.

| • | Mix chopped up tomatoes, tomato sauce, garam masala, chopped up green chillies, turmeric powder and cumin powder.

| • | Prepare a sauce from this mixture.

| • | Heat the butter in a cooking pan and put chicken pieces into it.

| • | Cook it until it changes smooth.
|
| • | Add cream to the cooked sauce.
|
| • | Keep it on normal flame.
|
| • | Put chicken pieces in sauce and heat up it for sometime.

| • | Spread more cream and serve.
