Mushroom Risotto Recipe • 200 gm Mushrooms, chopped up
• 2 Cups arborio rice
• 2 Onions, fine chopped up
• 1 Cup parmesan cheese
• 1 Liter chicken stock
• Oil as required
Take a cooking pan and heat up oil in it.
Add onions and mushrooms, fry until onions are soft.
Combine rice with it, keep stirring.
Place stock in some other cooking pan and bring in it to a boil.
Add 2/3 cup stock to the rice and stir until all absorbed.
Continue adding stock in little amounts until all used.
At last add cheese to it and serve.
