Mysore Pak Recipe • 2 Cups gram flour
• 2 Cups ghee
• 2 Cups sugar
• 1-1/2 Cups water
Melt one cup butter in a pan.
Add gram flour and fry it all over low heat up until light brown.
Take a heavy bottomed sauce pan.
Add sugar and water. Boil until it turns gummy syrup.
Add gram flour and put all over normal heat, stir continuously.
Add the left over butter and mix properly.
When the mixture begins leaving the corners, take it aside and spread aside into a lubricated tray.
Cut into squares or triangles with a abrupt knife.
