| • | Wash and soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.

| • | Meanwhile heat up oil in a cooking pan and add the paneer pieces and carrots.

| • | Fry the mixture for a few minutes.

| • | Take some other cooking pan with butter and fry onions until they turn golden brown.

| • | Now mix vegetables, green chilies, mint leaves, ginger-garlic paste, paneer and dry aside fruits.

| • | Fry it for 5 to 6 minutes.

| • | Add chilli powder, curd, garam masala, turmeric and salt. Again fry it and then take aside from the burn and leave only aside.

| • | Take boiling water in a aside vessel and add washed out rice to it.
|
| • | Cook until the rice acquires one-half cooked.
|
| • | Now mix the cooked curry to the one-half cooked rice and mix well. Cook the mixture on steam until the rice is well done.

| • | Squeeze the citrus limon juice on dish.
|
| • | Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
