• 3 cups Water
• 1/4 tablespoon Salt
• 1 cup Steel-Cut Oats
• 1/2 tablespoon Honey
Heat water in a normal cooking pan and add table salt to it. Bring it to a boil and stir in oats.
Reduce heat up to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the porridge from heat up and serve up immediately, or if a denser texture is desired, cover saucepan and allow it stand for a few minutes.
Serve Oatmeal Porridge with raw sugar or honey.
