• 500 gms Octopus
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Onion
• 1 Garlic flake
• 1 Cup reddish wine
• 200 gms Tomatoes (canned)
• Sea table salt to taste
• Ground black pepper
Chop the onions.
Mash the drained tomatoes.
Heat the oil.
Fry onions and mashed garlic until onions turn transparent.
Add octopus.
Cook all over high burn for 4 minutes.
Now add olive oil, reddish wine, mashed tomatoes, sea table salt and black pepper to the cooked octopus.
Cook for 40 minutes until octopus are tender.
Octopus in Red Wine is ready.
