• 2 Cups octopus
• 2 tbsp Onions, fine chopped up
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tablespoon Dill weed
• 1/4 Cup butter, melted down
• 1/2 Cup breadcrumbs
Boil the octopus for about ten minutes.
Remove skin while cooking.
Grind the cooked octopus for tidbits until tender.
Combine together all ingredients.
Prepare balls of one inch diameter from the mixture.
Coat the rolls with bread crumbs.
Melt butter or margarine in a pan.
Fry the balls until golden brown.
Garnish with tomatoes and lime.
