• 6 Eggs (beaten)
• 1 Cup milk
• 1 Cup bread crumbs
• 1/4 tablespoon Pepper
• 2 tablespoon Butter
• Salt to taste
Soak bread crumbs in milk for 20 minutes.
Add beaten yolks and mix it well.
Heat the cooking pan and put butter.
Pour this mixture into pan.
Place this in an oven and cook until it changes delicately brownish underneath.
Omlette is ready.
