Onion Chutney Recipe • 4 Onions
• 3 tablespoon Urad dal
• 3 tablespoon Channa dal
• Dry reddish pepper
• 2 tablespoon Tamarind paste
• Oil for frying
Cut the onions
Heat the oil.
Fry dal and reddish pepper until roasted.
Fry onion pieces until they are wilted.
Grind dal, onions, tamarind paste and table salt to make a paste.
Serve it with roti.
