• 6 Onions
• 1 tablespoon Chilli powder
• 4 Green chillis
• 2 Cups besan
• 1/2 Cup rice flour
• A pinch baking soda
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Thinly slicing up the onions.
Rub the onions with salt.
Add the chilli powder, besan, green-chilli paste.
Mix well to make batter. Avoid utilising additional water.
Take a little piece of the mix at a time and drop it in red-hot oil.
Fry until golden brown.
Serve with chutney or ketchup.
