• 2 Onion, fine chopped up
• 1/4 Mustard seeds
• 1 Ginger, fine chopped
• 1 tablespoon Oil
• 1 Green chilly, fine chopped up
• 1 tablespoon Salt
• 1/2 kg Curd
• Finely chopped up coriander leaves |
| • | Add salt, onion, green chilly and coriander leaves onto beat curd - raita is ready.
| | • | In a large wok, heat up oil and add table mustard seeds.
| | • | Add it to the raita and mix well.
| | • | Refrigerate the raita for one to 2 hrs before serving.
| | • | Serve the raita with imli rice.
