Orange Kheer, besides acknowledged as Kamla Kheer is a traditional Bengali recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Orange Khir by following this comfortable recipe.

• 2 Oranges
• 1 Litre milk
• 150 gms Sugar
• 1/2 tablespoon Kesar
Peel off the skin of oranges.
Remove the inner crystal clean skin also.
Boil the milk in a kadhai.
Continue boiling the milk and stir it periodically until it thickens.
Add sugar into the milk.
Continue boiling the milk until the colour changes.
Remove the milk from the fire. Cool it for 5 minutes.
Now mix orange pieces and kesar to it.
Cool the kheer for at minimum 2 hours.
Orange Kheer is ready to serve.
