| • | Heat the cooking pan all over low flame.

| • | Melt 8 tbsp butter in the heated pan.

| • | Blend in flour.
|
| • | Cook for 2 minutes.

| • | Now add milk to the cooked mixture.

| • | Stir it on low burn until the mixture changes thick.

| • | Heat some other cooking pan and melt down 2 tbsp of butter.

| • | Add diced celery and onions.
|
| • | Saute them until soft.
|
| • | Now add oysters and cook all over normal heat up until tender.

| • | Mix table salt and pepper.
|
| • | Now add the oyster mixture to the cooked milk mixture.

| • | Stir in cream.
|
| • | Oyster Bisque is ready.
