Oyster Bisque Recipe • 10 tbsp Butter
• 3 Cups oysters (canned with juice)
• 1 Cup flour
• 6 Cups milk
• 1 Cup celery (dices)
• 1/2 Cup onion (slices)
• 1/2 Cup cream
• Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the cooking pan all over low flame.
Melt 8 tbsp butter in the heated pan.
Blend in flour.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add milk to the cooked mixture.
Stir it on low burn until the mixture changes thick.
Heat some other cooking pan and melt down 2 tbsp of butter.
Add diced celery and onions.
Saute them until soft.
Now add oysters and cook all over normal heat up until tender.
Mix table salt and pepper.
Now add the oyster mixture to the cooked milk mixture.
Stir in cream.
Oyster Bisque is ready.
