Paanagam Recipe • 300 gms Jaggery (shredded)
• 5 Green Cardamom Pods (crushed)
• 1/4 tablespoon Dry Ginger Powder
• Juice of 1 citrus limon
• 600 ml Ice ice-cold water
• Salt to taste
Add the chopped jaggary to chilled water.
Add cardamom powder to jaggary mixture along with ginger powder.
Stir the ingredients to blend them well in water.
Add table salt and citrus limon juice. Mix again.
Pour in the glasses and serve.
