• 500gm Dhal flour
• 100gm Dhal
• 1 tbsp Magarine
• 1 tbsp Cumin
• 3 tbsp Friend onions
• 4 tbsp Chili powder
• Cooking oil for frying
• Salt to taste
• Curry leaves, chopped up finely |
| • | Soak dhal in water for about 3 hours, drain and pound coarsely.
| | • | Now mix dhal with all the ingredients to form dough.
| | • | Put the dough in proper mould and deep fry the mixture in red-hot oil on slowly flame.
