| • | Wash the tomatoes and set up dry.

| • | Cut the top of tomato alike a cap. Gently scoop aside the centers. Keep aside the scooped piece and chop the cut down tops.

| • | Heat oil in a kadhai add chopped up onions and green chilies until tender.

| • | Now add the pulp of chopped up tomatoes and fry for a minute and all dry aside masalas and fry for a minute more.

| • | Add Paneer, mix well and cook for a minute.

| • | Fill tomatoes with the mixture.

| • | Top with grated cheese and chopped up coriander.

| • | Place tomatoes in a cooker container.

| • | Put little butter and force cook for one whistle. (You can besides bake it in a red-hot oven at 200 degree C for 20 minutes).
