• 500 gms Fish fillets
• 50 ml Malt vinegar
• 1 tbsp Ground nut oil
• Lemons (4)
• 100 gms Fresh coconut
• 50 gms coriander leaves
• 2 Garlic flakes
• 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• Banana leaves to warp fillets
• Salt to taste
Cut fillets into two.
Add vinegar and salt.
Marinate it for 30 minute
Grind to coriander, garlic, reddish chili, cumin seed and coconut to make a paste.
Stuff fish fillets with this paste.
Apply oil on banana leaves and warp each fish fillet with the banana leaf.
Steam the enclosed fish fillets for 30 minutes.
Patrani Machi is ready.
