• 100 gms Refined flour
• 4 Bananas
• 1 Pinch cumin seed
• 100 gms Sugar
• 1.5 ltr Refined oil
• 4 Drops yellowish colour
Peel bananas and slit them into longish pieces.
Combine together the flour, sugar, cumin seed and yellowish colour.
Prepare a batter with this mixture.
Heat the refined oil.
Dip the banana pieces in batter and deep fry in the oil.
Pazhampori is ready to serve.
