• 2 cups Fresh Peaches (peeled, pitted and sliced)
• 3 Eggs (beaten)
• 1 3/4 cups White Sugar
• 1 cup Vegetable Oil
• 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1 tablespoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon Baking Soda
• 1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)
Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into cooked cooking pan and bake for 50 minutes or until done.
Peach Cake is ready.
