• 500 gms Matzo Farfel (soaked in hot water and drained)
• 100 gms Peaches (sliced)
• 3/4 cup Melted Butter
• 2 cups Peach Juice
• 1 tablespoon Vanilla
• 1 cup Sugar
• 3/4 tablespoon Salt
• 7 Eggs
Take a large normal bowl and mix matzo farfel, eggs, sugar, salt, Vanilla, peach juice and melted down butter together.
Layer the mixture and the peaches in a deep baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for one 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degree F.
Garnish with left over peaches and serve.
