• 2 Big potatoes

For Paste:
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
• 1 tablespoon Mustard
• 1/4 Turmeric
• 2 Dry reddish chilles
• Water as needed
• Salt to taste

• Oil for frying
Peel the white potato and cut down them into circle pieces.
Add a pinch of table salt and one-half cook them in red-hot water.
Soak mustard, cuminseeds, chilles, turmeric and table salt in water for about 30 minutes and grind them to make a fine paste by adding water.
Dip the white potatoes in the ground paste.
Take cooking pan and heat up oil in it and shallow fry the white potatoes on both sides until light brown.
Potato Bhujia is ready to serve.
