• 1 Cup makhane
• 2 Cups yoghourt
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt
• 1/2 tablespoon Black table salt
• 1 tablespoon Roasted cumin
In a wok, dry aside roast the makhane lightly. Allow it to cool.
Then smash coarsely into about 1/4 inch chunks.
Beat the yoghourt lightly with black salt, table table salt and roasted cumin seed with the help of fork.
Spoon makhane to the yogurt (beated) and fold them in.
Now, heat up the oil in a ladle. When smoking hot, pour the chilli powder and table mustard seed and quickly add to the yogurt.
Garnish with chopped up coriander leaves.
Serve.
