| • | Mix all the ingredients of puri, except oil, to knead very soft pliable dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

| • | Divide the dough into little balls and then roll each ball into little puris with the help of few oil.

| • | Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry the puris on both sides until light brown.

| • | For Bhaji
|
| • | Heat oil in a cooking pan and add cumin & table mustard seed and allow them to splutter.
|
| • | Now add ginger and chilli to the above. Stir.
|
| • | Add potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, water and citrus limon juice to the above. Stir well and allow the bhaji cook for 10 minutes.

| • | Put the bhaji in a normal bowl and garnish with chopped up coriander leaves.
|
| • | Puri Bhaji is ready to eat. Serve hot.
