Radish Chutney Recipe • 2 Medium sized radish (grated)
• 7 Green chilies
• 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoon Jeera
• 1/2 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste

• For Tadka:
• 1/2 tbsp Oil
• 1 Red Chili
• 1/2 tablespoon Urad Dal
• 1/4 tablespoon Mustard seeds
• 1/4 tablespoon Jeera
• Pinch of Hing
Fry green chilies in oil and set up aside.
In the same oil, fry grated radish for 5 min.
Grind all the ingredients together with chilies and radish.
For tadka, fry all the ingredients in hot oil.
Add the tadka to the chutney and serve.
Radish Chutney is ready.
