• 1 Cup rajma beans (soaked nightlong and force cooked)
• 1 Small onion, fine chopped
• 2 Garlic cloves (crushed into a paste)
• 1 Small tomato, fine chopped up
• Salt to taste
• 1 Chilly, fine chopped
• 3-4 tablespoon Vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Lemon juice |
| • | In a glass bowl, add all the ingredients, except vinegar and citrus limon juice.
| | • | Pour vinegar and citrus limon juice all over the salad and allow it marinade for 30 minutes.
