• 1 Cup rajma beans (soaked nightlong and force cooked)
• 1 Small onion, fine chopped
• 2 Garlic cloves (crushed into a paste)
• 1 Small tomato, fine chopped up
• Salt to taste
• 1 Chilly, fine chopped
• 3-4 tablespoon Vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
In a glass bowl, add all the ingredients, except vinegar and citrus limon juice.
Pour vinegar and citrus limon juice all over the salad and allow it marinade for 30 minutes.
Toss only before serving.
Rajma Salad is ready.
