Rajma Recipe • 2 cups Rajma
• 3 cups of water
• 1/4 cup Oil
• 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
• 1 cup Onion (chopped)
• 1 Inch piece of Ginger (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
• 3 Tomatoes (chopped)
• Chopped green chillis as per taste
• 1 tbsp Salt
• Coriander leaves (chopped)
Wash the Rajma beans and boil them in force cooker for one-half an hour.
Take oil in a frying cooking pan and heat up it. Now add chopped up ginger and onions.
Fry the mixture on normal burn for 3 to 4 mintues.
Put chopped up green chillies, tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam spices and table salt and fry again on a normal flame.
Pour this deep-fried spices into the Rajma beans.
Cook again until the water is almost lost.
Rajma is ready.
Serve it garnisheed with chopped up coriander leaves.
