• 1 Cup dried aside pinto beans
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• A little onion, minced
• 1 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1 tablespoon Cumin
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tablespoon Salt |
| • | Soak the beans nightlong in water.
| | • | Cook on the stovetop in 3 cups boiling water for about 2 to 3 hours.
| | • | Take olive oil in a cooking pan and fry onion and garlic in it.
| | • | Mash the beans and then add it to the cooking pan along with chilli powder, cumin and salt, cook for about 5 minutes.
